Welcome

Trinity Lutheran Church is a faithful community in the heart of Stillwater.
We seek to be a church grounded in the reconciling Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In doing so, we intentionally educate ourselves in becoming more effective advocates for all of God’s people.

We embrace those of strong, uncertain, or undiscovered faith.
We embrace all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions.
We embrace every age, family structure, race, ethnicity, physical and mental capacity, and economic circumstance.

We believe all people have been created in the image of God, and therefore have valuable stories and infinite worth.

Because God first loved us, we strive to live as Jesus in the world, loving God and loving our neighbors. We gather for worship, learning, and faith exploration and we go out in service, friendship and community building.

There are a tremendous number of opportunities to serve, learn and grow together as the Body of Christ. While we endeavor to find ways to connect for all, your imaginations, passions and ideas are always welcome. If there is something you are longing to try, study or experience, contact a member of our staff to let us know what you are thinking.

As a congregation we are deeply committed to helping each person grow in faith and discipleship while becoming connected to a loving and hospitable community.

We hope that you feel welcome at Trinity. We are so glad you are here.

Sunday morning Hospitality

We are the church. Greeters open the doors and extend a warm welcome to all who enter. Ushers pass the offering plate, which makes possible the mission and ministry we share. Communion Servers assist in serving the Lord’s Supper. As good Minnesota Lutherans, we serve coffee and cookies between services. Trinity needs all of us who are able for this important and fulfilling ministry. It is a great privilege, an awesome responsibility, and a ministry in which the whole family can participate.
