Walk the New Bridge & Pizza Dinner

Thursday, May 16 at 5:30 pm

Exercise and conversation! Join us on Thursday, May 16, to walk the new Stillwater bridge. We will meet at 5:30 p.m. After walking as far as you want, head to Quick Fire Pizza on Main Street.

Directions to the meeting spot: Meet at road that is halfway between parking lot at Sunnyside Marina and the walkway to the bridge (just past the road where you should park is a blue and white “Adopt-a-Highway” sign.)
If you are coming from Bayport, drive north on Highway 95; go under highway 36 and after the exit ramp from 36, you will see a road.  Turn right, continue on that road and make a u-turn and proceed back toward 95.  Park on that side of the road.  (Parking available only on one side.) If you are coming from Stillwater on Highway 95, make a u-turn at one of the lights by the Highway 36 bridge and proceed north past the exit ramp to the first road.  Turn right and continue on that road, make a u-turn and had back toward 95.  Park on that side of the road. (Parking available only on one side.)

Hope you can make it! Questions? Contact Sandy Wendt.

Meet at Trinity to carpool

Join us for a little exercise and some outdoor enjoyment at Willow River State Park near Hudson.

We’ll take a scenic 2-mile hike to see the falls and end up at the picnic area near the beach for lunch. Wear comfortable shoes for hiking, dress for the weather, and bring a bag lunch. You may also want to bring a backpack or drawstring bag for things like sunscreen and a water bottle.

We’ll meet at church at 10 a.m. to carpool to the park as there is a Day Pass entrance fee of $13 per car. We hope to see you there!

Please RSVP to Beth Klein if you plan to attend or if you have questions.
