FUNERAL HOSPITALITY MINISTRY
The Funeral Hospitality team offers comfort and support to bereaved families who choose to host a funeral luncheon at Trinity.
HOME COMMUNION FRIENDS
Home Communion Friends bring the sacrament of Holy Communion and the connection to the Body of Christ to homebound people on a monthly basis.
Knitting prayer and baptismal shawls, hats, mittens and other items, which are given to people in need in our community and throughout the world.
MAKE A MEAL MINISTRY (MMM)
Trinity’s Make a Meal Ministry provides meals to folks during times when a little extra help and support is needed.
Trinity’s Prayer Group welcomes prayer requests from anyone wishing to have a concern addressed through confidential prayer. Prayer group members gather together to pray for those who have requested prayer. New members are always welcome.
VOLUNTEER VISITATION TEAM
The Visitation Ministry program connects Trinity’s homebound persons with volunteers who have a heart for, and feel called to, face-to-face supportive visits.
