“Living Your Strengths works because it’s practical; it inspires because it’s scriptural; and it’s reliable because it’s so broadly empirical.”
~ Fr. Bill Hanson
Based on the work of the Gallup organization and over two million interviews, Living Your Strengths is a process that helps you to identify, affirm and serve from your strengths. It includes the Clifton StrengthsFinder® assessment and Trinity’s own workshop designed to bring us together to explore our strengths and learn about the incredible power of our community when we serve God from our strengths.

3. The Enneagram

The Enneagram, from the Greek word ennea (= nine) and gramma (= sign or figure), is represented as a circle. On the circumference of the circle, there are nine points. This ancient personality system helps us to a “brutal and converting honesty about good and evil and the ways we hide from ourselves and therefore hide from God. It tries to address this "compromise with life" and this "evasion of reality" that the ego is so invested in and that religion often promotes.” Trinity offers workshops, discussion groups and individual coaching based on the Enneagram.
